Vonage Upload Speed

Your Vonage Upload Speed is very important because Vonage uses your internet connection to provide VoIP phone service. Vonage recommends that you have an upload speed of at least 90k, otherwise the quality of your calls could be affected.

For reference, your typical dial up modem uploads at approximately 56k and will not work for Vonage VoIP Telephone Service. Most DSL, Satelite, Digital Cable, T1 Broadband access is well over the required 90k and will work great with Vonage.
