Heavy T-Mobile-Prepaid Cell Phone Users (150-400 minutes per month)

Definitely start by buying the $100 card because this gives you the best refill rates (Gold Level). Access won't be an issue for you because you will add enough minutes to have access. Always buy the largest refill card you can at the time because this gives you the lowest cost per minute.

Very Heavy Users (300-1000 minutes per month)
