There are two monthly rates available. For $25 per month you will get 750 minutes or Net10 Three Cent Minutes. For $50 per month you will get Unlimited Minutes.

Roll Over with Net 10 Cellular

This is no longer as straight forward as it used to be. The $25 and $50 Monthly cards do not roll over time or minutes.

So if you purchase a Net 10 Prepaid "Monthly" Card you will get 30 days to use your 750 or Unlimited minutes. If you purchase a Payg Pay as you Go minute card like the $30/60 day card then your service time and minutes will roll over as long as you keep your service active.

The PAYG (pay as you go) cards do roll over minutes and service time.

New Net10 Prepaid Phone Pricing

You are still able to get some phones with 300 free minutes.

They are also offering phones that can be bought with a 750 minute one month phone card at Not all of the phones come with 300 free minutes.

Check the Fine Print

You will need to look at the fine print when purchasing a phone to ensure that you are getting the additional free minutes.

You can get phones starting at $14.99 but the phone will be a better deal if you spend $25 and get a phone that "Includes 300 Minutes and 60 Days of Service upon activation." For the best deal on Net 10 phone check out

Plan Changes with Net 10 Prepaid

If you want to change from Pay as you go to Monthly service there is no extra charge. You can change back to Pay as you go simply by adding another PAYG card.

Keep in mind the Monthly cards do not roll over. When you add an additional card with monthly service your previous balances will lapse.

Net 10 Cellular Monthly Card Warning

If you are utilizing the Monthly plan and you add on a new card your prior balance will not roll forward.

For instance if you add a 750 minute/30 day card and you have 100 minutes and 12 days left, you will just end up with 750 minutes and 30 days, you will not end up with 850 minutes and 42 days.

Adding a Monthly Net 10 card will erase all remaining balances on your phone. This is no problem you just need to add your monthly cards as you balance or time is running out.
